The Highlands Ranch Falcons won the last time they faced the Greeley Central Wildcats, and things went their way on Saturday too. Highlands Ranch came out on top against Greeley Central by a score of 55-44. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Highlands Ranch.
Among those leading the charge was Olin Anderson, who scored 12 points along with 3 steals. Anderson is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Bakken, who scored 6 points along with 5 steals.
Despite the loss, Greeley Central still got an impressive performance from Martin Mendoza, who scored 14 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 steals. Another player making a difference was Reid Arlo richardson, who scored 13 points.
The victory got Highlands Ranch back to even at 2-2. As for Greeley Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
Highlands Ranch will be playing at home against Horizon at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Greeley Central will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Poudre at 6:30 p.m. on December 11th. Hopefully Poudre focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 on Saturday.
