After three games on the road, Garden City is heading back home. They will take on the Liberal Redskins at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
While it was all tied up 16-16 at halftime, Garden City was not quite the Demons' equal in the second half on Tuesday. Garden City fell just short of the Demons by a score of 40-37.
Meanwhile, Liberal had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.3 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They walked away with a 52-44 victory over Great Bend.
Garden City has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season. As for Liberal, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.
