Last Friday, Merritt Island Christian kept a clean sheet against Altamonte Christian. They beat Altamonte Christian by a goal, winning 1-0. The win was just what Merritt Island Christian needed coming off of a 5-1 defeat in their prior match.
Meanwhile, First Baptist Christian Academy didn't get the result they wanted in their first game with University Christian on Friday. Their tough 9-2 defeat to University Christian might stick with them for a while. First Baptist Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
