The Greenway Demons posted their biggest victory yet this season on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 43-8 victory over Shadow Mountain on the road. The team accrued 33 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win.
Greenway pushed their record up to 8-10 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Shadow Mountain, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-14.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenway will take on Yuma at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Yuma comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 21 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse. As for Shadow Mountain, they will be playing at home against Paradise Honors at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Paradise Honors will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
