Volleyball Recap: Unity Extends Winning Streak to Three

Unity had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Turtle Lake Lakers by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Andrea Erickson paced Unity's offense, picking up 13 kills. Erickson got some help from Ella Johnson and her 23 assists. Elizabeth Jerrick controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Unity now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Turtle Lake, they moved to 7-9 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Unity wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Cadott on the 13th. As for Turtle Lake, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Chetek-Weyerhaeuser on the 13th.
