After two weeks on the road, Pardeeville is heading back home. On Friday they take on Markesan at 7:00 PM. Pardeeville come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-41, which was the final score in Pardeeville's tilt against Horicon/Hustisford last Friday. This makes it the second loss in a row for Pardeeville.
Meanwhile, Markesan entered their game last Friday as the heavy favorite, and they fully lived up to expectations. They took their contest against Rosholt by a conclusive 32-6 score. The lopsides score is just par for the course this season for Markesan, who can brag about four blowout wins.
Markesan's win lifted them to 6-3 while Pardeeville's defeat dropped them down to 4-4. We'll find out if Markesan can add another positive mark to their record or if Pardeeville can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Markesan's step.
