On Friday Okemah take on Holdenville at 7:00 PM. Holdenville will need to watch out since Okemah have now posted big point totals in their last three contests.
Last Thursday, Okemah put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They put the hurt on Henryetta with a sharp 44-15 win. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Okemah had established a 30-7 advantage.
Meanwhile, if Holdenville were riding high off their 38-13 takedown of Atoka two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Holdenville were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap, as they fell 20-24 to Prague.
Okemah took the match and then some with a 56-18 victory the last time the two teams met over Holdenville. Will Okemah repeat their success, or does Holdenville have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
