Lake entered their tilt with Port Clinton on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Redskins get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Flyers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lake pushed their record up to 19-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Port Clinton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-11.

Looking ahead, Lake will square off against Rossford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Port Clinton, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Fostoria at 4:45 p.m. The Redskins are facing the Redmen at the right time seeing as the Redmen are stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
