The Tahoka Bulldogs lost against the Sundown Roughnecks back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Tahoka fell 40-33 to Sundown. Tahoka has struggled against Sundown recently, as their game on Tuesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sundown to victory, but perhaps none more so than Camry Jourden, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Jourden hasn't dropped below two steals for 11 straight games. Aria Hogan was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with three steals.
Tahoka's defeat dropped their record down to 19-12. As for Sundown, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-14 record this season.
Tahoka didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 49-42 loss vs. Sundown on the 8th. Sundown has also already played their next match, a 49-42 win against Tahoka on the 8th.
