Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask AIM Academy). They took their contest on Monday with ease, bagging a 69-28 win over Delaware Valley Friends. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.
Delaware Valley Friends' defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of AJ Williams, who posted ten points and three steals, and Joe Ballou, who scored ten points. Williams is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 13 games he's played dating back to last season. David Connolly also deserves some recognition as he scored his first point of the season.
The win (which was AIM Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27.7 points. As for Delaware Valley Friends, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.
