Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wamogo Regional to victory, but perhaps none more so than Patrick Weaving, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds. Those 21 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Quinn Coffey, who scored 15 points.
Wamogo Regional now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Housatonic, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wamogo Regional will take on Litchfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Litchfield has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 300 points over their last four matchups. Housatonic will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Wamogo Regional at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th.
