Puyallup is 9-1 against Curtis since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Puyallup will head out on the road to face off against Curtis at 4:00 p.m. Puyallup will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Madden Pike made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out nine batters over 9.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-5 with three RBI.
In other batting news, Puyallup let Gage Thompson and Noah Benedict run wild. Thompson went 2-for-7 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base, while Benedict scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in six of his seven plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Sanoy, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in four of his eight plate appearances.
Puyallup kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in four consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Curtis sidestepped Graham-Kapowsin for a 6-5 victory.
Brian Harris looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Micah Houston, who went 3-for-6 with one triple and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Bradley Dinelt, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-5.
Puyallup's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-0. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Curtis, their record now sits at 8-4.
Curtis' pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Puyallup hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .344.
