Winner's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Keelie Kuil, who scored five points along with seven steals and six assists. Kuil is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Craven, who scored nine points along with five steals.
Miller's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Winner, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.
Miller will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ipswich has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 15. As for Winner, they will head out on the road to square off against the Cavaliers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
