Middletown South took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Rumson-Fair Haven, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Rumson-Fair Haven strolled past the Rebels with points to spare, taking the game 59-42.
Meanwhile, Middletown South's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a rough 86-22 loss at the hands of Red Bank Catholic. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Middletown South has scored all season.
Rumson-Fair Haven is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. As for Middletown South, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
Everything came up roses for Rumson-Fair Haven against the Eagles when the teams last played back in January of 2023 as the squad secured a 59-32 win. Will Rumson-Fair Haven repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
