Crofton had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Norfolk Catholic Knights as they made off with a 64-38 victory. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 21 points or more this season.

Crofton was led to victory by Jaisie Janssen and Cassie Allen. Janssen to rack up 20 points and eight boards, while Allen en route to 12 points and four steals. What's more, Allen also posted an 83% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in December of 2024. Jaylynn Panning also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Crofton was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Norfolk Catholic only nine assists.

Norfolk Catholic's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eva Hartzell, who posted 11 points. Mallory Wolf was another key player, putting up six points.

Crofton's win bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Norfolk Catholic, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-15.

Crofton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 43-29 victory against Norfolk Catholic on the 19th. As for Norfolk Catholic, they have also already played their next contest, a 49-46 loss against Ponca on the 14th.
