Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Yorktown). They enjoyed a cozy 52-36 win over the Westfield Bulldogs on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Patriots also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

The victory got Yorktown back to even at 2-2. As for Westfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Yorktown will face off against Oakton at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Oakton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Yorktown surely won't give up without a fight. As for Westfield, they will challenge Herndon at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
