After flying high against the Mercy Monarchs  last Monday, the Duchesne Cardinals came back down to earth. Duchesne was dealt a  66-37 defeat at the hands of Skutt Catholic on Tuesday. Duchesne was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  35-15.

 Duchesne dropped their record down to 9-15 with that  loss, which was their fifth straight  on the road. As for Skutt Catholic, the  victory was  the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 24-1.
 Duchesne does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Skutt Catholic, they will stay at home for another  game and welcome McCook at 3:00  p.m.  on February 24th. One thing working in Skutt Catholic's favor is that they have posted big  point totals  in their last seven games.
