After two games on the road, Hilton is heading back home. They will take on the Webster Thomas Titans at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Hilton's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 14 games.
Even though Spencerport scored an imposing 57 points on Wednesday, Hilton still came out on top. Hilton strolled past Spencerport with points to spare, taking the game 73-57. Given Hilton's advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 57th, while Spencerport is ranked 453rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Webster Thomas came up short against Rush-Henrietta on Friday and fell 66-54.
Hilton's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Webster Thomas, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.
Hilton beat Webster Thomas 69-62 in their previous meeting back in January. Will Hilton repeat their success, or does Webster Thomas have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
