Basketball Recap: Bemidji Has No Trouble Against Big Lake

While Bemidji didn't have the best season last year (they finished 12-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They blew past the Big Lake Hornets 85-59 on Saturday. The Lumberjacks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 26 points or more this season.

Bemidji has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Big Lake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bemidji will head out to challenge Hermantown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Big Lake, they are taking a road trip to square off against Delano at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
