Paetow and Jordan are an even 4-4 against one another since February of 2022, but likely not for long. The Panthers will welcome the Warriors at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Jordan will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Paetow extended their winning streak to ten on Tuesday. The Panthers blew past Katy Taylor 10-3. With that victory, the Panthers brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

LEILA AVILA was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of AMANDA VASQUEZ, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Jordan, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over Katy Taylor two weeks ago.
Ryan McIntosh made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits. McIntosh was also big at the plate, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with one home run and two RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Olivia Sexton, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Madeline Jovanovic, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base.
Jordan's win bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Paetow, their victory bumped their record up to 16-3.
Friday's matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Paetow hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .370. However, it's not like Jordan struggles in that department as they've averaged .384. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Paetow couldn't quite finish off Jordan in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 and fell 3-1. Can the Panthers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
