Imagine School at North Port hasn't had much luck against Bradenton Christian recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Sharks will head out on the road to take on the Panthers at 1:30 p.m. Imagine School at North Port knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Bradenton Christian likes a good challenge.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Peyton Rassbach, who went 7-for-14 en route to 21 points and five rebounds. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 16 points per game. Another player making a difference was Wesley Woods, who posted nine points and eight boards.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bradenton Christian). They blew past Lakewood Ranch Preparatory Academy, posting a 76-45 victory. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.
Imagine School at North Port better keep an eye on Timmy Mercer. He was instrumental in Bradenton Christian's win, dropping a double-double with 22 points and ten assists. The game was Mercer's third in a row with at least 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nic DeFrank, who shot 57% from the field on his way to 21 points and seven rebounds.
Bradenton Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Imagine School at North Port now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Bradenton Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
Saturday's contest is shaping up to be a masterclass in shooting: Imagine School at North Port has been dynamite from deep this season, having nailed 35.5% of their three-pointers per game. However, it's not like Bradenton Christian struggles in that department as they've made 36.1% of their three-pointers this season. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Imagine School at North Port lost to Bradenton Christian on the road by a decisive 82-66 margin in their previous meeting back in January. Can the Sharks avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
