The Pendleton Bulldogs came tearing into Tuesday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 41-30 win over Crescent. Given Pendleton's advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 128th, while the Tigers are ranked 285th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jones is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Anthony Scott, who scored five points along with three steals.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pendleton will square off against the Lions at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Daniel is on a five-game streak of home wins, the Bulldogs a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
