South Side stacked  a  fourth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Nemo Vista Red Hawks  a   10-0 shutout. The  victory was just what South Side needed coming off of  a  7-1 defeat in their prior  match.
  Ana Goodwin and  Ali Goodwin made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound,  Goodwin   tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (she also only allowed one  walk). Meanwhile,  Goodwin   struck out seven batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. At bat,  Goodwin  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4, while  Goodwin  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.
 In other batting news, South Side got a  massive  performance out of  Alexis Lankford, who  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with three  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple. The team also got some help courtesy of  Hallie Holland, who  scored two  runs while going 3-for-4.
 South Side's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Nemo Vista, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Side will stay at home for another  game and welcome White County Central at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. White County Central is coming into the  matchup with six straight  losses on the road,  meaning South Side will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  victory. As for Nemo Vista, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Scranton at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
