Baseball Recap: Arizona College Prep Has No Trouble Against Chaparral

While Arizona College Prep put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Chaparral. The Knights blew past the Firebirds 8-0. Considering the Knights have won seven matches by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Not much got past Clayton Nachman, who gave up just five hits to keep Chaparral off the board.

At the plate, Noah Kim was excellent, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashton Sanchez, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Arizona College Prep's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Chaparral, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.

Arizona College Prep will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Firebirds: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
