Spring Hill won the last time they faced Lawrence and things went their way on Saturday too. The Broncos came out on top in a nail-biter against the Lions, sneaking past 2-1.

Kaliyah Phifer paced Spring Hill's offense, picking up ten kills. Phifer got some help from Macie Metcalf and her 20 assists. Elina Douglas and Ainsley Aten kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Spring Hill's victory bumped their record up to 13-18. As for Lawrence, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-20-1.

Spring Hill has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Washburn Rural on the 18th. As for Lawrence, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 0-0 tie against Maize on the 18th.
