The biggest upset of the week belonged to MacArthur, who defeated 329th ranked Elmont Memorial, 33-14.
The Generals moved up to 379 from 422 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 8 Conference II. MacArthur was able to move up by beating the Spartans 33-14.
Wantagh's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Warriors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. stephen killard has thrown for 593 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while mike ferraro has 12 catches for 139 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Carey takes on the Generals. The Seahawks are currently in first, while MacArthur is in fourth.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Carey beat Mepham 41-3. The victory was the seventh in a row for the Seahawks.
