Even though the Southview Cougars scored an imposing 60 points on Tuesday, the Ross Little Giants still came out on top. Ross managed a 66-60 victory over Southview. With that victory, Ross brought their scoring average up to 50.3 points per game.
Makai Lee continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 25 points along with eight rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Dontrell Heard, who scored 13 points.
Ross' win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Southview, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ross will play host again and welcome Findlay, where tip off is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Findlay will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line. As for Southview, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Whitmer at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Whitmer's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six contests.
