Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Verona). Everything went their way against the Millburn Millers on Wednesday as they made off with a 12-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Hillbillies in their matchups with the Millers: they've now won nine in a row.

The victory got Verona back to even at 2-2. As for Millburn, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Verona will host Bloomfield at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Millburn, they will be playing at home against Belleville at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
