It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Forest Park Bruins can now relate to. They took a serious blow against Mountain View on Friday, falling 48-6. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Forest Park in their matchups with Mountain View: they've now lost four in a row.
Carson Fossum threw for 106 yards and a touchdown. Kyle Musselman was his top target, picking up 69 receiving yards and a touchdown. On the ground, Landon Hunt rushed for 49 yards.
Forest Park's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Mountain View, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.
Forest Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Mountain View will play host again and welcome Battlefield, where kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Battlefield is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
