Schaumburg Christian's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Bella Mason, who scored six points along with six rebounds, and Candela Garcia who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds.
Schaumburg Christian struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Christian Life has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. As for Schaumburg Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-6.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Parkview Christian Academy comes in on three and Christian Life on six. As for Schaumburg Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Westlake Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
