Desert Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyson Dobbins, who scored 16 points along with 5 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Dobbins has scored at least 25% of Desert Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adam Valvala, who scored 11 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 assists.
Desert Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Parker, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Mohave Accelerated the next time they take the court. Desert Christian will host Mohave Accelerated at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, while Parker will host them at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
