On Friday Cascade take on Salmon River at 7:00 PM. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.
Cascade have had to suffer through a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Last Friday, they secured a 18-12 W over Council. Senior Caleb Sherbondy, who caught passes for 113 yards and 2 touchdowns, was a major factor in Cascade's success.
Meanwhile, Salmon River took their matchup against Horseshoe Bend by a conclusive 56-28 score. Salmon River were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Cascade took a serious blow against Salmon River the last time the two teams met, falling 0-52. Can Cascade avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
