Rio Americano extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Adam Wixom. Rio Americano walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Natomas Nighthawks on Saturday for which the team can thank Wixom, who had 23 assists. That's the most assists he has posted over his last nine matchups.

Rio Americano's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Natomas, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Rio Americano has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Ponderosa on the 17th. As for Natomas, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Cardinal Newman on the 15th.
