On Friday, Butler had to settle for second even though Jayden Williams put up the best numbers he has all season. Williams rushed for 143 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also picked up 70 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Justin Little Has Career-Day on Friday
Independence was led to victory by Justin Little, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. The win was the seventh in a row for Charlotte Catholic, bringing their record for this year to 8-2. Bierman and Charlotte Catholic will be playing in front of their home fans against Palisades at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
