On Friday, The Triton Trojans never let their opponents score. They breezed by Culver Community on the road to the tune of 56-0. The win was familiar territory for Triton who now have four in a row.
Triton was led to victory by Vincent Prater and Jayden Overmyer. Prater rushed for 81 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, while Overmyer rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries.
Triton is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Culver Community, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 2-10.
Triton will take on North Judson-San Pierre at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North Judson-San Pierre is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Culver Community does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
