The Ocean Springs Greyhounds will be playing in front of their home fans against the St. Martin Yellow Jackets at 8:00 p.m. Hopefully Ocean Springs is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Yellow Jackets in Mississippi (the Greyhounds are ranked 47th, while the Yellow Jackets are ranked 234th).

St. Martin can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 39-38 victory over Long Beach. The victory was just what St. Martin needed coming off of a 75-26 defeat in their prior contest.
St. Martin relied on the efforts of Kai Vieira, who scored ten points, and Ty'Lah Whitlock, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Whitlock has scored all season.
Ocean Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for St. Martin, their victory bumped their record up to 5-20.
Ocean Springs beat the Yellow Jackets 45-33 when the teams last played back in January. Does Ocean Springs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Yellow Jackets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
