McMahon is 0-9 against St. Joseph since April of 2016 but things could change on Monday. The Senators will host the Cadets at 3:30 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Having struggled with eight defeats in a row, McMahon turned things around against Bridgeport Central on Friday. They blew past the Hilltoppers 19-3. That 16-run margin sets a new team best for the Senators this season.

Katie Dzialo was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 17 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Monday. McMahon hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.9 home runs per game. However, it's not like St. Joseph struggles in that department as they've been averaging 0.7 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
McMahon suffered a grim 20-1 defeat to St. Joseph in their previous matchup back in May of 2025. Will the Senators have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the action for a full breakdown of the game and more softball content.
