After a string of three wins, the Maize Eagles's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. Their rough 59-37 loss to Heights might stick with them for a while. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Maize has scored all season.
Leading Heights to victory were Chase Robinson and Amalachi Wilkins. Robinson scored 15 points along with four steals, while Wilkins dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds. Robinson hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Aven Mboule, who scored 11 points.
Maize's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Heights, their victory was their 15th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-0.
