When it comes to explaining why Apostles Lutheran lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jeremy Bork. Despite the final result, he scored 15 points. The match was Bork's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Borja, who scored five points.
Apostles Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Quarry Lane, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.
