There's no place like home for St. Johns, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Thursday. They walked away with  a   3-1  victory over the Winslow Bulldogs  on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Redskins, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

St. Johns was led to victory by  Susie Andrus and  Abby Wagoner.  Andrus  had six  digs and three  aces, while  Wagoner  had 21  digs and two  assists. Those  21  digs gave  Wagoner a new career-high.

St. Johns has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record  this season. As for Winslow, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-16-1.
 St. Johns wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  3-0  win against Alchesay on the 20th. As for Winslow, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Show Low  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
