Baseball Game Preview: Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK Hawks vs. Herricks Highlanders

For the second straight game, Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK will face off against Herricks. The Hawks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Highlanders at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.

Sawyer Bogaty tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK is 2-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 2-4 otherwise.

At the plate, Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK got a massive performance out of Ryan Kurre, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI.
