East View and Georgetown are an even 3-3-4 against one another since February of 2019, but likely not for long. The East View Patriots will head out on the road to square off against the Georgetown Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. East View will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
East View scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Hendrickson 4-0. Perhaps unsurprisinly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.
East View hit Hendrickson with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Julian Bariga,
Joaquin Lumbreras,
Damian Cantu, and
Hector Morales.
Meanwhile, Georgetown has not lost a match since January 19th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. Neither they nor Cedar Creek could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.
East View pushed their record up to 8-2-2 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. With that draw, Georgetown's record moves to 9-1-4.
