Cummins Came Up Big in Neah Bay's 68-16 Victory
Starting off the list is Neah Bay's Caleb Cummins, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Cummins rushed for 184 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries. Those 184 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
The victory (which was Neah Bay's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Cummins and Neah Bay will welcome Lummi at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jodell Wimberly Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Neah Bay was led to victory by Jodell Wimberly, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Saturday. Wimberly rushed for 163 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries, and also threw for 53 yards and two touchdowns on only five passes. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (110.4). That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in November of 2023.
Wimberly might have his next game, a home matchup with Lummi, circled on his calendar. When Wimberly last faced the Blackhawks back in October of 2023, he rushed for 155 yards and two touchdowns.

Jakob Lofton Delivers Best Performance of Season
Concrete came up short on Saturday despite Jakob Lofton delivering his best game to date. Lofton picked up three sacks and made nine total tackles. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up three sacks and making nine total tackles.
If the past is any indication, Lofton could be in store for another big game when he takes on Muckleshoot Tribal on Friday. Lofton picked up a sack and made 11 total tackles the last time he and the Kings duked it out back in September of 2023.

A Season-Best Effort from Zach Link Leads Concrete over Charles Wright
On Saturday, Concrete had to settle for second even though Zach Link put up the best numbers he has all season. Link rushed for 154 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also picked up 50 receiving yards and a touchdown. He is becoming a predictor of Concrete's success: when he posts at least 80 rushing yards the team is 2-1 (and 0-3 when he doesn't).
This season, Link has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 40.2 receiving yards per game.

Josiah Rider Dazzles in Concrete Defeat
Another Concrete player making an appearance on this list is Josiah Rider. He rushed for 176 yards and a touchdown while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 176 rushing yards dating back to last season.
