If Frankfort wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Herrin, they should've done a better job of containing Kyrese Lukens. The Herrin Tigers took down the Frankfort Redbirds 61-43 on Monday thanks in part to Lukens, who went 10 for 16 on his way to 29 points. Those 29 points gave him a new career-high.

The win made it two in a row for Herrin and bumps their season record up to 18-4. As for Frankfort, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

Herrin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 45-32 victory against Carterville on the 31st. Frankfort has also already played their next matchup, a 60-42 loss against DuQuoin on the 29th.
