Somerset Academy South Homestead's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kas Williams, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 rebounds. Williams hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. Zachary Reynolds was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with nine rebounds.
Despite the loss, Ransom Everglades still got an impressive performance from Zeke Battier, who shot 5-for-11 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 34 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Battier has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Quinn Pegg, who scored six points along with nine rebounds.
Somerset Academy South Homestead has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Ransom Everglades, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-12.

Westminster Christian presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Ransom Everglades in Florida (Westminster Christian is ranked 160th, while Ransom Everglades is ranked 463rd).
