The Altha Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Sneads Pirates at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Altha has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 11.
Altha suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Friday. They were beaten by Liberty County 52-11.
Meanwhile, Sneads was the victim of a tough 60-35 loss at the hands of Blountstown on Friday. Sneads has struggled against Blountstown recently, as their matchup on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Altha's loss was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 2-14. As for Sneads, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.
Altha took a serious blow against Sneads when the teams last played back in November of 2023, falling 47-12. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Altha was down 31-9.
