With a playoff game on the line, Texico rose to the challenge  on Saturday. They walked away with  a   3-1  win over the Mesilla Valley Christian School SonBlazers. Winning may never get old, but the Wolverines sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row.
 Texico  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 14  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least eight  aces in 21 consecutive  matchups.
 Texico has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 17 of their last 18 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 24-3 record  this season. As for Mesilla Valley Christian School, their defeat dropped their record down to 23-5.
 As of now, neither Texico nor Mesilla Valley Christian School have any future games scheduled.
