Jemez Valley had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They blew past the Questa Wildcats 15-5. That looming 15-5 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Warrior yet this season.

Clayden Gachupin was incredible, scoring three runs while going 3-for-4. Aaron Casiquiti was another key player, scoring three runs while going 2-for-4.

Gachupin wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Jemez Valley kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Questa only managed two hits.

Jemez Valley pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Jemez Valley beat Questa by a score of 16-0 later that day.
