After flying high against the Austin Achieve Polar Bears last Friday, Manor New Tech came back down to earth. Manor New Tech took a serious blow against the Hornets on Tuesday, falling 49-11. Manor New Tech has not had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Leading Caldwell to victory were Riley Broaddus and Chassidy Rogers. Broaddus scored 12 points, while Rogers scored 15 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Rogers has scored all season.
Manor New Tech now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Caldwell, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 9-18 record this season.
Manor New Tech will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Valor South Austin is coming into the contest hot, having won their last seven games. As for Caldwell, they will head out on the road to face off against the Ducks at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Taylor will be looking to keep their 13-game home win streak alive.
