Utica Eisenhower is 3-0 against Utica since October of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Last Friday, Utica Eisenhower faced Clarkston in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Utica Eisenhower enjoyed a cozy 36-19 win over Clarkston. Utica Eisenhower pushed the score to 36-13 by the end of the third, a deficit Clarkston cut but never quite recovered from.
Utica Eisenhower can attribute much of their success to Conner Temple, who picked up 143 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and Preston Crum, who threw for 239 yards and three touchdowns. Utica Eisenhower also got a significant boost from Kamari Charles, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 102 yards.
Meanwhile, after only seven points in their last matchup, Utica made sure to put some points up on the board against Farmington last Thursday. Utica secured a 34-30 W over Farmington.
Utica Eisenhower's victory was their fifth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 8-1. As for Utica, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.
